GOOD NEWS
FOR LOCAL REAL ESTATE MARKET

Now is a great time to invest in real estate in the local market according to Beiler-Campbell Realtors. “While the national reports have not been promising, locally the market has done well. With fluctuating mortgage rates hovering around 5.5%, this is a great time for anyone, especially first time buyers, to purchase real estate,” says Anthony Beiler, President.
Beiler-Campbell Realtors is happy to report an increase in pending sales for 2007. Anthony Beiler states that while the overall national number of homes sold declined last year, Western Delaware and Southern Chester Counties sale prices have increased over 2006 prices, with the average final sale price being 96% of the original asking price. Southern Lancaster County averages are 92% of the asking price.
The success of Beiler-Campbell comes from the tremendous team effort of everyone at Beiler-Campbell Realtors, according to Anthony Beiler. “Beiler-Campbell Realtors agents believe in contributing to and becoming involved in our local communities because we live and work here” said Beiler. “We share a strong commitment that emphasizes quality team work and local community commitment.”
Another factor in the success of Beiler-Campbell is their growth in offering all the necessary core real estate services needed for a seamless transaction. At a time when some real estate companies are cutting back or out sourcing services, Beiler-Campbell Realtors is expanding services to meet client needs. Clients today expect convenience, and Beiler-Campbell offers several departments for those needs such as an in house mortgage department, title services, auction department, appraisals, new construction, farms and land, and historic homes…all under one roof!
